Lexmark Brings End-to-End Financial Process Automation Solutions to SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference

Lexmark, a global technology leader, announced today it will exhibit its software and solutions for financial process automation in accounts payable and sales order processing at SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference, May 17-19, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. SAPPHIRE NOW is the largest annual technology exhibition for the global SAP user community.

In Booth 670, Lexmark Enterprise Software will demonstrate its considerable breadth of solutions for end-to-end automation of financial processes. Incorporating technologies from ReadSoft, Perceptive and Kofax, Lexmark solutions offer SAP users a platform for automating multiple critical business processes, and improving efficiency, visibility and consistency in global shared services.

Among other offerings, Lexmark will feature its ReadSoft Process Director solution, which provides a platform for automating multiple processes within SAP. Process Director decreases document processing costs and reduces the need for error-prone manual data entry, freeing resources to focus on operational improvements elsewhere. The solution also decreases cycle times for numerous financial operations, improves vendor and customer relations and facilitates better cash management.

“What Mix of Invoicing Methods Is Right for You?”
On Wednesday, May 18, at 2:15 p.m., join Wes Keller, Lexmark product marketing manager for financial process automation, to explore the myriad of invoicing methods organizations are deploying today, and how to determine which are most cost-effective for any given enterprise.
